Dispersal of collection. A beautiful example of a Swedish M96 FSR target rifle. This particular rifle is a very early production 1900 Oberndorf Mauser in a walnut stock with Soderin rear sight and "universal" tunnel front sight. This is an unmolested "all numbers matching rifle" The butt has at one stage had an FSR trophy plaque attached. There are several Carl Gustaf rework cartouches on the stock wrist. The bolt has also been blued at some stage. The barrel has good strong lands and a nice shiny clean bore. Rifle comes with a Soderin sight cover for the rear sight.
