Basically a brand new CMC (Howa)rifle with only 15 test fire shot through it and meticulously cleaned afterwards. The rifle is fitted with an overmoulded Hogue stock with the original timber stock still in plastic in the original rifle box. New Warne weaver style bases and 30mm medium rings. All in excellent condition
