Enfield 1868 with the Snider breech block conversion, caliber .577. firearms has been refurbished. All original except the hammer was replaced at some stage. Showing some light pitting in the bore. This firearm is a family Heirloom since 1955 where it was presented to the Father of the current owner on his retirement from the Australian Army. It was originally issued to the SA Reedbeds Calvary Port Adelaide. Has not been fired since gifted
