This is an excellent lightweight walking/stalking firearm in 223. Had adjustable rear sights and a laminate stock on an 18.5 inch barrel. It has a smaller action than the regular model 700. The actions are built at Remingtons Custom shop. The usual backorder wait is 6-12 months. Trigger is adjustable down to about 3 lbs. The pull is 4.5 from factory.
