This is a 1938 Hi-Standard Model B Type 1-B, a rarer variant made during 1937-38. This model has the stronger rectangular retracting rod that replaced the round one of earlier versions. It is in excellent condition and must be one of the best examples around. Would suit Pre-46 collector. 10-shot, 170mm barrel.
