This rifle is in truly remarkable condition for one that’s somewhere near 100 years old. The timber is extremely good with almost nothing to indicate it’s not as it came out of the box. The bluing is excellent and the case-hardened receiver is even better. The bore shows a little age but has crisp, deep rifling and will shoot well. Sights, screws, action block … it’s all in outstanding condition. Made between 1915 and 1935, this model of the Stevens Favorite was common in .22 rimfire but far fewer were made in .32 long like this one, adding to its collectible status. It has a simple take-down system for easy storage and transport. This beautiful rifle is a rare opportunity for the collector.
