The rego calls this a Remington 700 "People", but I'm pretty sure it's a Remington 700 Police DM (detachable magazine). Comes with 1 mag. It's had a bit of use, but the barrel is very good+ and finish is very good. Barrel is externally grubby with oil residue but not many scratches. Stock is about perfect, and the ally bottom metal and mag have a few scratches and a little wear but nothing dramatic.
