A fine example of a classic rifle that has been recently rebarrelled into the most versatile of calibers, the 6.5x47, all work professionally completed by TSE Gunsmith with the blued barrel matching the original profile perfectly and the trigger lightened. The chambering was measured to use a magazine fed round in the 120 gr weight range. The scope is a very clear 8 power Leupold sitting in the beautiful Conetrol mounts. This rifle has not fired a shot with this barrel, is in very good to good condition with a few marks and some bluing wear to the under- side. Comes with a good selection of projectiles to suit and brass cases. This lovely Sako has been in the one family since new and would make a super walk around game rifle varmiter or plinker.
