The rifle is in good condition. The 17 Rem caliber of the gun makes it perfect for vermin control and smaller pests too. The barrel has drilled and tapped holes for the option of an open sight, it has had custom work done to lighten the trigger along with the barrel being bedded. The bolt is smooth operating, and despite the minor and few knocks to the timber the checkering still remains in immaculate condition. We think this is an absolute bargain!!
