What we have here is believed to be a Star Universal reloading press that was modified by PHS in Melbourne (Precision Handgun Supplies) in the 20th Century. Hence the PHS case feeding hopper. Also why the made in Australia logo. I can not confirm this, this is what I have been told. It is 38 Special and is condition of how I have received it from a deceased estate I have not cleaned it in anyway. I have loaded on it and is in excellent working order. It comes with the case feeder attached and with one powder charge bar installed. With another 3 brass charge bars of varying sizes. It is in excellent condition for a press that could be 60 years old. Looking for a Star press this could be the one with some Australian History. Local buyers are welcome to come and inspect and even load a couple of rounds on it too try before you buy. Asking $900 for this unique press. Plus any Postage. Local pick up is welcome.
