Original Remington 700P MLR in 338 Lapua Magnum. 26" heavy barrel, phosphatised finish to barreled action. Original H-S Precision Carbonfiber stock. 3 shot detachable metal magazine. Comes fitted with a Jard single set trigger, giving a very crisp and light trigger break of around 3oz, although can be set to a heavier weight if required.
Original factory trigger also supplied. Fitted with a Leupold 20MOA rail, which will take any/all Weaver or Picatinny ring options. With a decent scope, this set up will reach out to 1600m comfortably. Fitted with a very effective 5 port rear venting muzzle brake, which does a great job of taming the recoil of this cartridge.
Original factory radial brake also supplied. Comes with 200 brand new Norma brass, 4 MTM case guards to suit and a set of Redding deluxe dies with shell holder (Full Length sizer, neck sizer and seater). If purchaser not local, can send empty brass and dies only. If local pick up, can supply loaded ammunition in 2 decent loads for rifle, using 230gr Hornady ELD-X @ 3075fps and 270gr ELD-X at 2900fps.
Rifle has done very little work, which is typical of rifles in this calibre. Some load development has been conducted, to give buyer a head start into this calibre.
