This US Savage produced SMLE No4 Mk1 was manufactured for the British Government during WW2 under the lend lease program. The rifle has a British acceptance stamp.
The rifle is in fair condition. Some small gouges to the stock near the trigger on the right side. Remaining timber good.
The right front sight hood is bent in slightly. Dark two groove barrel. Only shot out to 100m, shoots fine
Includes period correct reproduction sling.
