Dangerous Game .500 Cal B&M Long for Buffalo, Scrub Bull and African Big Game. These rifles are built on a Winchester Mod 70 WSM with control round feed, laminated Winchester Ultimate stock, Cerekoted metal work and holds 3+1 rounds.
With a 500gn projectile @ 2196fps it produces 5356 ft/lbs of energy and with a 350gn projectile @ 2384fps it produces 4419 ft/lbs of energy. Various other projectiles are available in Aus. I found the .50 cal much easier to handle than the.458. Once you get used to the rifle it´s no problem to fire 15 to 20 rounds allowing your body to roll with the recoil. The rifle is really quick to point and comes to the shoulder with a positive feel especially with it´s 18" barrel and weight of 6.5 lbs. The .50 B&M Long parent case is from the Remington Ultra Mag cut and trimmed to 2.250". The rifle comes with 95 brass, 160 assorted projectiles and a Hornady Custom 3 die set.
