Rare Golden Eagle Model 7000 that initially started life as a 30/06 and was rebarelled to 9.3x62 with a stainless fluted barrel. This rifle shoots less then 1/2 MOA with hand loads. The stock on this rifle has a beautiful tiger grain / fiddle back throughout and on both sides. Hard to see from this photo which does not do the rifle justice. Grip cap has the Golden Eagle embossed medallion which is a gold eagle head. Jewelled bolt. These rifles were produced in Japan in the 80´s to rival the top of the line Weatherby rifles. Hence the similar stock design and high gloss finish. Can supply more photos and load data.
