Original timber and leather case for a Purdy shotgun. Case age is early enough for a pinfire DB gun which could subsequently have been converted to another ignition system. Features a timber case which slides inside of a leather outer case. Serial number written inside case is 5989. Early Purdy trade label. Partitions in case have been damaged to house a later non Purdy gun. Needs rebuilding. End of leather outer has some missing bits. Plus freight to your address. Weight of case etc is 6.3KG
