This No.5 is a great example. The bolt is not matching, but it is from a No.5 and the headspace is good.
Metal work is in the original suncorite and original electropencil markings are very clear. The bedding seems original and very good, timber is very good, serial numbered to the rifle and untouched from original, all screws are unbruised and crisp.
Has some honest wear and the usual scuffs and dings but nothing at all dramatic.
Magazine is unnumbered but finished with suncorite and with the patina of the rifle. It appears original to the rifle.
Bore has some wear, but will not pass a .302 gauge and has plenty of good shooting left in it.
These rifles rarely come up in this condition, and if it wern't for the non matching bolt it would definitely be staying here.
Price is OBO.
