Colt site indicates 1891 build. For a firearm of this age it is very good condition! In fact when the guys at my LFS looked at it the other day, they all commented how good it is.
From the action still being nice and tight,the the rifling being in great condition and general appearance. It has some patina with small amount of the original blue still visible.
