Beautiful and collectable travelling duelling flintlock pistol in 65 cal smooth bore octagonal barrel. Birmingham proofed and view marks stepped engraved lock with H&I Whatley. Semi rainproof pan with roller frizzen Spring, engraving on barrel tang & lock plate, pineapple finial trigger guard with stand of arms, silver wrist escutcheon,original horn tipped ram rod with cleaning screw tip, full stock with age split near muzzle lhs which does not distract from the collectability of this pistol. c1775.
