One for the collectors. A rare early model VL63 in almost unfired condition. Very few rounds through it, bore has been borescoped and is in excellent condition, external metal work looks fantastic and the stock has some very very minor impressions in the clear coat. Considering it´s been stored in gun safes for 46 years, it´s in great condition. This is an outstanding example of an early VL63 Finnwolf. It is from the 2nd production run of VL63s and has the slightly shorter and thinner barrel only found on the very early models. Round bottom magazine. Has been stored with a snap cap. Comes with a copy of the factory records (from the Sako Collector’s Club). I´ve owned a lot of VL63s over the years and this was the hardest one to find. Plenty of photos available.
