It is 100% brand new just out of the box. It has a 30mm tube and uses the No 4A 4 dot illuminated reticle and offers an impressive 25m field of view @ 100 metres, and has one of the most useful and practical magnification options available for hunting. I have three others mounted on rifles but won’t be needing this one as I just sold the rifle I was intending to use it on.
