{"product_id":"366627","title":"366627","description":"\u003cp\u003eFor sale is my all matching number M1895 Spanish Cavarly Carbine. Made in 1913 in Spain by the Fabrica Nacional de Armas in Oviedo, orgininally chambered in 7x57mm. This rifle was then rechambered in the 1950's by the same factory to 7.62x51mm (CETME). This is a similar (.308) style to the 7.62 NATO cartridge but due to the politcal status of Spain in the 1950's they had to produce their own cartridge in house. This means that the 7.62 CETME is a reduced power verison of the 7.62 NATO. These rifles normally never survived their rechambering with all matching numbers and cavarly rings, making this rifle a very unique and a great little collectors piece.
